Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses WiloSync, the WiloSync application, and related services operated by Willow Team LLC. It exists to keep the Services safe, lawful, and reliable for all users. By using the Services you agree to this AUP, which is part of our Terms. We may update it from time to time.
2. Lawful Use Only
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing privacy, data protection, electronic communications, marketing, and consumer protection. You are responsible for the legality of the data and content you process and the messages you send.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to: break the law or facilitate illegal activity; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam or telemarketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM or the TCPA); transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; collect, store, or process data you do not have the right to use; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization; interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure; scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data except through features we provide; resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties without our written permission; or use the Services to build a competing product.
4. Data and Consent
You are responsible for obtaining all rights, permissions, and consents required to collect, upload, process, and send the data and messages you handle through the Services, including consent for marketing or automated communications where required by law. Do not upload sensitive or regulated data unless your plan and a separate written agreement specifically allow it.
5. AI and Automation
When using AI or automation features, you must not generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, and you must review automated output before relying on or sending it. You remain responsible for everything sent or done through your account and automations.
6. Security and Integrity
Do not take any action that compromises the security or integrity of the Services or other users’ data. Keep your credentials confidential and report suspected vulnerabilities or breaches to info@wilosync.com.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Services, our users, third parties, or to comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities.
