Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, submitting a website form, requesting a free automation review, requesting a service, or otherwise using the website or WiloSync platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

If you are using the website or platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

Minimum age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WiloSync. By using the website or platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

WiloSync is a B2B SaaS service offered to businesses and authorized business representatives. It is not intended for personal, consumer, or non-business use by individuals under 18.

About WiloSync and Willow Team LLC

WiloSync is a public-facing brand operated by Willow Team LLC, a Texas limited liability company. WiloSync provides AI automation, workflow automation, business process automation, CRM automation, email automation, lead capture systems, appointment reminders, customer follow-up systems, and related business systems for U.S. businesses.

Website purpose and informational content

The website is provided for general business information, service description, education, and inquiry purposes. Website content is not a guarantee that any particular automation, tool, workflow, AI system, chatbot, integration, or business process will be suitable for a specific business.

No client relationship created by website use

Submitting a form, emailing WiloSync, requesting a free automation review, or communicating through the website does not automatically create a client relationship, service agreement, consulting relationship, or support obligation. A client relationship for paid services is created only when Willow Team LLC and the client agree to applicable service terms in writing or through account acceptance of a paid plan.

Free automation reviews and service requests

WiloSync may offer free automation reviews, discovery calls, or service request reviews. These reviews are preliminary and intended to identify possible automation ideas or workflow improvements. A free automation review does not include implementation, troubleshooting, configuration, coding, account setup, or paid consulting unless separately agreed in writing.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@wilosync.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that period ends.

Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. WiloSync does not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused features during an active billing period, except where required by applicable law.

If you are on the free plan, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@wilosync.com or using account deletion options in your dashboard where available.

Acceptable use

You agree to use WiloSync only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You will not:

• Use the service for any illegal activity or to facilitate unlawful conduct.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or communications that violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and similar regulations).
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to third parties without WiloSync's prior written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or WiloSync systems.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Service descriptions are not guarantees

Descriptions of services, use cases, examples, workflows, or potential results on the website are illustrative only. They are not promises that the same workflow, outcome, cost, time savings, performance, compatibility, or business result will apply to any particular client.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the website and platform and for all information you submit. You agree that information submitted will be accurate, lawful, and submitted by someone authorized to provide it. You will not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

Sensitive information warning

Clients remain responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining business judgment, and deciding whether automation is suitable for their use case.

Intellectual property rights

The website, brand elements, text, layout, service descriptions, workflow examples, graphics, icons, design elements, logos, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Willow Team LLC/WiloSync unless otherwise stated.

No professional advice

Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, insurance, employment, cybersecurity, immigration, or regulatory compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice about your business obligations, legal compliance, taxes, data privacy, and other professional matters.

Data breach notification

If WiloSync confirms a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of confirmation, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge this notification commitment.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Willow Team LLC, WiloSync, and their members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or content or data you submit through the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiloSync, Willow Team LLC, its members, founders, managers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to website use.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of WiloSync that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be in the State of Texas. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

You and Willow Team LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. Class action waivers are an essential part of this agreement.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

WiloSync may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version may be posted on the website with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
