How it works

You track completed jobs in a Google Sheet (Name, Email, Service Date, Status)

On each run WiloSync finds rows with an email, a service date at least N days ago, and status not Review Sent

Preview shows who would get the ask — no emails sent

Each eligible customer receives your personalized review email with your Google review link
What you control
- A Google Sheet link with your recent customers (we provide a starter template)
- Your Google review link — copy once from Google Maps or Google Business
- How many days to wait after a visit (default 3 — already filled in)
- The email message (friendly default included — edit only if you want)
- Mark Review Sent in your sheet when someone has already reviewed you
What you need
- Connect Google under Integrations (one-time)
- Download our sample sheet, open it in Google Sheets, and add your customers
- Copy your sheet link from the browser and paste it in Step 1
- Copy your Google review link (see Step 2 instructions) and paste it
- Save Step 3 — the email is already written for you
- Add your business name in Settings if you have not already
- Activate, click Preview, tick who to ask, then send
