How it works

You keep appointments in a Google Sheet — Name, Email, Status; Phone is optional (needed only for SMS)

On each run it finds rows whose Status contains "no show" / "no-show" / "missed" — skipping anyone already Recovered/Rebooked/Contacted/Opted Out

Preview shows exactly who missed an appointment with their personalized rebooking email — no messages sent

On send it emails each one from your Gmail, optionally texts when SMS is enabled and a phone is present, then marks Status "Recovery Sent"
What you control
- Google Sheet with your appointments (Name, Email, Status, optional Phone + Appointment Date)
- Email subject line and message — a friendly starter template is pre-filled
- Optional SMS recovery (your Twilio number) for rows that include a phone
- When it runs (Schedule) — set it daily so no-shows get a fast, non-judgmental nudge
What you need
- Connect Google under Integrations (reads your sheet and sends from Gmail)
- Download the sample sheet or use your own with Name, Email, Status columns (add Phone if you want SMS)
- Review the starter rebooking email, then save
- Optional: enable SMS recovery and connect Twilio (same setup as Appointment SMS)
- Activate → Preview who missed an appointment → send, and set a daily Schedule so it runs itself
